After their training, they must still pass a "Final Exam" with either our Operations Manager or one of our regular clients which are familiar with our Standards of Service. These clients report back directly to the Operations Manager with thier evaluation of the Chuaffeur.

Even those who come to us from other companies, must pass our Standards of Service Exam.
